Dr. Michael Mabry started practicing in Beaumont, TX, in 1975, and moved to Southlake, TX, twenty years later. In 2005, he built his current office just one block west of Southlake Town Square. A focus on preventive dentistry helps you maintain the highest standard of oral health while limiting dental expenditures.
During your first visit, our team will get to know you by asking some questions about your medical and oral health history. Please bring a list of any medications you may be taking and their dosages, including all vitamins and supplements. Next, we will perform a comprehensive oral exam that may include x-rays, periodontal probing, charting of your existing restorations, and a non-invasive oral cancer screening.
For your convenience, we accept the following forms of payment: cash, personal checks, and major credit cards including, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment in full is expected when services are rendered. Financial arrangements can be made with our office when extensive dental care is required.
Keeping a regular preventative maintenance schedule with your hygienist and dentist at Michael Mabry Dentistry helps you prevent not only tooth decay and periodontal disease but also avoid costly procedures and extra time in the hygiene chair. A regular home prevention routine usually consists of brushing at least twice a day and flossing at least once per day.

Dr Mabry is amazing. I have been his patient for over 20 years. He is so kind, patient and thorough. I have broken a tooth in California and flew back to Texas for him to help me. He is the only Dentist I trust. I had a tooth issue today and called him immediately. Dr. Mabry and his staff stayed late so he could help me relieve the pain and take care of my issues. Dr Mabry is simply the best!

What an AMAZING practice! All staff members from start to finish were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. There's a reason I'm willing to drive an hour to go to the dentist when there is literally one on every block. Dr. Mabry is great and his staff is super friendly. My appointment today with Dr. Mabry was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had in my 84 years. He is thorough, patient and explained what procedures I need to have done. His calm manner settled my nerves. The office staff was very courteous and helpful. Melinda explained my out-of-pocket costs and the dental assistant was right there to help. I have been going here since 1998 and would highly recommend! They are always kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful! If you have a problem they always do their best to get you in in a timely manner and make you feel comfortable. I have never been a fan of the dentist, but I do not mind going to see them. If you need a dentist, this is the place!

I had my first appointment today, and OH EM GEE!! I LOVE Mabry & Coniglio Dentistry office! Codi was my hygienist and she was absolutely lovely! 💜💜💜 I was scheduled at the end of the day, added lots of extra “unplanned” things, and they were all smiles and not once huffed or puffed about it. They listened to my needs, were ridiculously considerate… about my concerns, and had the BEST suggestions! I have exposed enamel on several of my teeth and was super worried about the scraping - and they did this laser thing to my teeth (totally painless) and GIRRRRLLL

Dr. Mabry & Dr. Coniglio are hands down the best and most caring dentists I know. They will give you an honest and ethical opinion. I went to Monarch (shame on me) bc they had a good deal on an exam and… cleaning.... I was told I needed 6 fillings. That is more than I've had in my entire life. I went to Dr. C for a 2nd opinion. She told me I needed one for sure, maybe 2 if I don't start flossing better in one area... She took the time to explain to me what she looks for and went into detail. They are worth the drive and every penny spent for care. They have an in-house dental plan that

After several poor experiences at several different dentist offices in the area, we are thrilled with our care at Dr. Mabry's office. Communication is friendly and efficient, the hygienists are wonderful, and my teeth feel so clean when they are through. I went there today and this was my 2nd time going there for a check-up.
I went as a routine visit because I thought something was wrong with my top/bottom left teeth, turns out it was minor and we only need to do a little bit of flossing.
The good:
The staff was really helpful when booking the appointment. Melinda & Debbie were great! They called my insurance to make sure all was good, they called me several times to give me updates and they even called me to offer me a more convenient time. Kudos to them.

I've been going to Dr Mabry for over a decade now, as has my mother and sister. He has personally done 2 crowns, a few fillings, and some other work in my mouth. Extremely professional, very gentle with a novocaine needle, and he always remembers the little details that we chat about. LaVera is my hygienist, and she is great! Super impressed with Dr. Mabry's office! My wife and I moved to Dr. Mabry's office recently as our outstanding dentist Dr. Coniglio joined his practice. Could not be more impressed!
