Miss Anita joined our practice mid-2017. She comes to us with over 18 years of experience as a Dental Assistant. She loves meeting new people and helping people in need. I was excited to get in contact with Dr Thomas as I’ve heard great things about her. My child is 9 months and Has a lip tie so I was planning on getting that revised. Her website reads “ If your child is younger than 12 months, fixing the lip/tongue tie is simple. Between the ages of 1 and 3 we may require the use of general anesthesia or conscious sedation -- for which we may have to bring in an anesthesiologist. Kids above the age of 4 can still be accommodated with nitrous oxide (laughing gas).” yet, when I called, Stacy answered and said that since my child is over 15 lbs she cannot perform

Before calling Enclave Dental, I was really hopeful. Holistic dentists are few and far between, and I have had bad experiences at allopathic dentists. The issue I needed resolving was a time sensitive one, and one that affected my every day living.

Amazing experience with Dr. Thomas! Our newborn had a tongue and lip tie that we went to Dr Thomas to help with. She was wonderful and the nursing staff amazing for this panicked momma. The procedure was super quick and I could immediately tell the difference when feeding. Dr Thomas is extremely skilled, so much so, our pediatrician couldn’t even tell a laser had been used and instead thought we had clipped the ties. The healing process is always going great, so happy we went to Dr Thomas.

The worst experience with a doctor I have ever had. Go somewhere else for tongue and lip tie revisions, not here. It is evident she will laser any child that comes through her door whether it is appropriate or not and is only in this for the money. She does not care about the well-being of her patients. She will exploit you in your vulnerable moments as a concerned parent. She is unprofessional and patronizing. My husband and I brought our two week old baby for a lip and tongue tie revision to Dr Thomas. She was absolutely amazing, kind, and unbiased. Her and her staff gave great customer service and had a wonderful bedside manner. We were referred to them by our birthing center and heard nothing but good things. We are so glad we chose Dr Thomas to do his procedure. Her and her staff educated us very well on what to expect and postop stretches, etc. Definitely recommend Enclave!

She’s a wonderful dentist. I first saw her for a lip & tongue tie revision for my daughter but have continued to see her for myself and my daughter. During the pandemic, they’ve added additional air cleaners, on top of the ones they already had. I believe I saw the new ones were surgical air cleaners. My daughter always has a good time, especially with the TVs so she watches her favorite show. I also love the holistic approach, I definitely appreciate that and how they see the impact toxins can have on the entire body. She’s worth every penny and genuinely enjoys her job and serving her clients

I want to thank Dr. Thomas and her pleasant staff for making me feel safe and welcomed during my cleaning, and the replacing an old crown. I had an old crown replaced yesterday and it was the most comfortable experience I have had getting a crown! I was impressed by Dr. Thomas' knowledge as she answered all of my many questions in advance. That helped to put me at ease during the entire procedure. I am so grateful for Dr. Thomas and her staff at Enclave Dental, especially Sarah. We drove an hour to the practice because we heard Dr. Thomas was the best for our infant son's lip and tongue tie, and boy were we impressed and comforted. Sarah was so kind and patient with us and our son and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions very patiently. Dr. Thomas was amazing, clearly very knowledgeable. she was so patient and kind too. I was so nervous to have this procedure on my baby and they were just the best.

She was amazing. I had to bring my 11 mo old in for a lip/tongue tie. It was more traumatic for me as a mom than my little one. Everyone especially the doctor made us feel so comfortable about the procedure. It was quick and I am so glad we went ahead and did it. I would highly recommend going to Enclave Dental!

I hate going to the dentist. Something about paying someone to shove power tools in your mouth always seemed like a bad deal to me. But as a parent, I'm kind of obligated to send my kids to the dentist so my wife has taken our kids to Dr. Thomas for some time. She has always raved about Enclave, but I always thought it was a bit of hyperbole until I ended up having to go myself.
Unfortunately, it turns out that no amount of brushing and flossing will repair a cracked molar so it was off to the dentist I went for what turned out to be a crown.

Dr. Thomas is one of the most compassionate medical professionals I have ever met! After seeing a lactation consultant with my 4 week daughter, the LC gave us a list of recommended dentist to see about her lip and tongue tie. My husband & I went to Dr Thomas and, first off, I loved that she assessed my daughter's lip and tongue tie herself, and didn't just take her based off the LC's recommendation. My friend recommended Dr. Thomas for us to take my daughter for a second opinion. My daughter needs fillings and caps on her baby teeth and we just wanted to confirm that there weren't any other options/alternatives. General anesthesia for dental work is a very serious decision to make and we want to ensure we're doing what's right for our baby girl. Dr. Preetha Thomas did a fabulous job on our son's tongue and upper lip frenectomies (cold laser for ties). She is very kind and even sang our son's favorite song with me while performing the ~5 minute procedure. Very nice office with fresh organic tea in the foyer. Seraphina (spelling?), Dr. Thomas' assistant, was very welcome and patient. They gave us a discount by performing the procedure immediately after the consultation. They gave us detailed instructions and practice on how to perform the subsequent tongue and lip exercises. Highly recommend. We're considering going here

We went to Enclave Dental just to meet the dentist and were charged $80 for a 3 minutes talk. I clearly stated upfront that we don't want to become patients, yet, before I get a chance to talk to the doctor, and ask some general questions. I told them I don't want an exam, or x-rays, before I can ask a few questions about the way they normally would treat cavities in a child. They still asked me to fill in all the information, and provide my insurance details. At the end they told me they are going to charge my insurance for an office visit. But we did not get any treatment! I was humiliated

I saw Dr. Thomas today with my 8-day old daughter for evaluation of a lip & tongue tie after two of my friends recommended her. Her staff was informative, compassionate & offered the best customer service I've ever received. My daughter had a 100% lip tie and her tongue tie was one of the worst Dr. Thomas has ever seen. They were both corrected immediately after the evaluation, so that we didn't have to come back. They have a special room for you to nurse the baby in after the procedure that was peaceful and accommodating.

We were referred to Dr. Thomas by our lactation consultant for a lip/tongue tie revision for our 5 week old daughter. I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Thomas and her staff with the way we were treated and taken care of with the utmost empathy and patience. Every staff member we talked to was empathetic and sensitive to our fears and worries as new parents bringing in our newborn baby. The procedure and after care was thoroughly explained to us and we felt like the staff treated our baby as if she was their own. I was referred to Dr. Preetha Thomas by a few mom's on 2 Facebook groups that I am in for my 5 1/2 month old daughter's lip and tongue ties. I took my daughter to a Pediatric Surgeon prior and he barely spent a minute looking in my daughter's mouth and automatically wanted to have her scheduled to outpatient surgery for both lip and tongue ties using a gas mask. I didn't feel comfortable AT ALL. I took my three year old here last week. The dentist was kind and my son was very receptive to her. I drove to see her because I wanted a holistic based dentist that wasn't peddling fluoride and X-rays. He even got a new toothpaste to help remineralize his teeth. When our son was born with a tongue/lip tie we didn't know what to do. Luckily, our midwives referred us to Dr. Thomas. On our first appointment she explained the procedure thoroughly and was very understanding of my apprehension. He was only 5 days old when she did the first procedure. She did the best that she could with him being so small, but she was able to release it about 20%. She saw him again a couple of months later and was able to fully release his tongue. I have spent half my life in the dentist chair, so I know a good dentist when I see one. And Dr. Thomas is second to none. She is hands down the best dentist there is. She truly cares about you as a person and your dental health. She is extremely detail oriented and really cares about what you want and what your goals are. And she is beyond gentle. I really could not be happier. I just wish I had found her years ago. I recently moved to Maine, but will continue to come back to Texas to see Dr. Thomas. Yes, she is that good!
