Hereford Dental Health is excellent. They are reassuring and informative on all procedures that need to be done. I have always appreciated Dr. Longenecker and the whole staff over the past 10-15 years I’ve gone; they make going to the dentist a whole lot more enjoyable! I trust them completely with my dental health. Especially since they keep up to date technologically and health-wise, regarding the pandemic.

This was the first time in my life that I have gone to a dentist and completely enjoyed my experience. They took precautions with the current climate which made me feel comfortable in my experience. Agnes the hygienist that worked with me was very informative and explained everything she was doing which I appreciated. Dr. Craig was awesome and super friendly. Overall, a wonderful experience, I highly recommend.

Very friendly. Very clean. Advanced technology (using cameras and vivid color monitors) to show me what’s going on in my mouth. Very patient-focused. AND, the most striking feature of every visit it that I LEARN several new facts about my teeth, gums, oral care, treatment modalities, options for updating old fillings, bite guard,..my father-in-law even got relief from his neck pain from Dr. Craig!

Cannot say enough good things about Hereford Dental. Everyone is friendly, the appointments are always running on time, and the atmosphere is comfortable. During exams and procedures they are always very attentive to your comfort level. I also bring my 5-year old son here. He’s in a wheelchair and can’t sit in the dental chair, so every time we go they rearrange their whole setup so he can get his cleanings from his wheelchair. We moved 2 years ago and still drive almost 45 minutes to come here because they are great. Highly recommend!

Dr Longnecker is an excellent dentist with the highest skill level. He uses the latest technology to do things like measuring and fitting crowns. My crown fit precisely into the space with no adjustment. He also replaced some front fillings which are perfectly matched and look beautiful. I highly recommend him and his practice associates.

To anyone in the Hereford Zone, you should make Craig Longenecker your primary dentist! I grew up in Hereford, but have since lived in Annapolis and Baltimore City. I've changed all of my other primary doctors so that it is more convenient for me, but every 6 months I still drive back to Hereford because of the excellent and philanthropic hometown service that Craig Longenecker's office provides. Their staff makes me feel like I'm right at home.

6 month check up and no cavities! Dr. Craig and Donna are great and really know the ins and outs of the business. Their expertise with pregnancy patients is helpful when there are so many restrictions. As you enter the practice it's so homey and peaceful in the waiting room. Your experience includes upside down TV's to watch(with fascinating facts about history, other beautiful countries and animals) as you get your teeth cleaned. I look forward to my 6 month visits.

Class act all the way! It strikes you from the moment you walk in to the converted farmhouse and put everyone at ease in a country home setting. Great staff who truly take the time to get to know you and offer encouragement, a relaxed approach but professionals who know their stuff!
Rather than just simply offering the clinical approach they take… the time to ask about your personal life, eating habits,etc and how good dental health affects your overall health as well. When ever I'm there I learn something!

Amazing over all experience. Both text and email reminders of appointment (they let you pick what is best for you). Everyone is personable and professional. Dr. Longenecker is knowledgable, caring and realistic. My dental hygienist, Donna, is amazing! So personable and makes the appointment as painless as possible! It's nice to not dread going to the dentist.

I am very grateful to my mom for suggesting that I switch to Dr. Longenecker at Hereford Dental Health. After my first appointment, I realized that it was the first time in my life I'd ever visited a dentist and left without my mouth feeling traumatized.
