Formed in 1984 as a residential construction business, Leu Enterprises built their outstanding reputation through the construction of many custom homes throughout El Dorado, Sacramento, and Placer Counties, both modest and very high end. In the early 2000s, the company transitioned to building multifamily properties.

Finding a good tenant is the key, and we are focused on this aspect of the process. We continuously seek to get the highest possible market rent for our clients, collect all rental income on time, and make sure that your property is well-maintained, with the goal of providing a good return on your investment.

I am not a renter, but I was interested in renting with Leu Real Estate. Unfortunately, we had a very unprofessional experience with them; we responded to an advertisement for a home that specifically stated it was "pet friendly" and that cats and dogs were both permitted. We also saw two other advertisements on different websites that also stated that the property was pet-friendly.
I emailed, mentioning my cat, and received a phone number. My husband and I called and spoke with a representative to make an appointment; we again confirmed that the property was cat-friendly.

My husband and I rented a home through Leu Enterprises for the past two years and always had nothing but stellar experiences with them. Susan managed our account and was always prompt, courteous and a pleasure to engage with. I've typically heard horror stories when dealing with property management companies, but Leu is so meticulous, organized, and professional that if the opportunity presented itself again, I would not hesitate renting from them. As it were, we will be looking to hopefully buy a home in about a year and will be contacting Susan to represent us as our agent. We love her!

Ann and Susan did an amazing job selling my home in Davis. They did not only help me stage the home, Susan held an open house the next day and sold my home that same day. All my neighbors commented how nice and welcoming Susan was during the showing. She was also hands on during the escrow process and it went super smoothly. I trust her fully and was not disappointed. Very nice to begin with. However does not follow renters rights. Refuses to correct maintenance issues in timely fashion or in appropriate accordance to code. Unprofessional in conducting mutual parties involved and does not do final walk through which leads to inappropriate security deposit deductions and does not follow leu enterprise move out guidelines.
