Born and raised in Sacramento, CA. Doug graduated from UC Davis in 1966 and started a career in Marketing. He eventually took over the responsibilities of the family business in Fair Oaks and continued his father's commitment to excellent consumer service. For over 35 years, Doug operated and guided the growth and development of his company and was acknowledged as a respected leader in his industry.
During this time, he obtained his Real Estate license to educate himself in Real Estate investing. Doug successfully invested in many residential and commercial properties while continuing to increase his company's success and client base. Doug also has a California Contractors License. Doug sold his company in 2005 and joined OakTree Home & Loan.
