I’ll start by saying, 2 of the front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful, I wish I could remember their names. However.. This hotel was overpriced for a very basic hotel room. Advertising an accommodation as a “family suite” when in reality it was 2 rooms, with an adjoining door. Rooms were very basic at best, no shuttle service, and only 1 elevator for a 3 story hotel, which wasn’t even fully working during my stay, and not great parking. For the price, I was expecting just a little higher quality, especially being a bit further away from Disney.

If you stayed at this "hotel" anytime from September 26,2021- October 13th,2021 you should be aware you were placed at risk for COVID-19 knowingly by hotel management. Management was made aware of positive covid test and active symptoms and continued exposure to guests from an employee that works there. That employee was in direct contact with guests and food preparation. A good friend has a daughter that works the day shift here. She told me first hand about this experience. She said all employees expressed concern and fear and they were ignored while the sick employee continued to work. This

We booked this hotel knowing it was close to Disneyland. As soon as I got there the lady out in front was really nice and was waiting for me with my reservation. Checked in in a few minutes. I’ll admit it wasn’t a luxury hotel but for what we were going to use it for, it was perfect. The beds were comfortable and there was three of them plus the fold out couch. The breakfast was fine. Nothing super special but we ate there every morning. The cleaning ladies greeted us every time they saw us. It’s about five minutes away from the parking structure at Disneyland. I’d stay here again.
