My children go to this dentist office and they refused to give me a release form to get copies of my children's dental Work. It's obviously small-town politics and will not give me information that the divorce decree says I should have. This is not acceptable! My divorce papers say I am entitled to know about my children's health and the young lady that is in charge of giving records out will not even send me the release form!

The front desk messed up my appointment not once but twice and blamed it on me even though I had the card they have me. They also checked my benefits but when I got a bill denied they did and again blamed me. My insurance company even had record of talking with then. When I spoke with the woman in billing she was hateful and refused to work with me. She told me she would look into it and call me back. She never did call me back even after several more attempts.very bad customer service
