At the age of 41, Corey Flaska has been involved in Real Estate for over 31 years. At the age of 10 he began painting and remodeling his dad's rentals, to the age of 20 when he moved to NYC to become an Actor. He learned the ropes of rentals in the most competitive real estate market in the world, New York City.
At 27 years old he moved to Hollywood, California where he often found himself standing in and admiring 35 million dollar homes. Today, he continues a long line of history in the construction business following his great grandfather's construction business and his grandparent's concrete company Leelanau Redi Mix.

I am so glad I decided to work with Corey and Leelanau construction on my new home. I've worked with other construction companies in the past when each of my parents built their forever home and each time it was a nightmare. They extended deadlines, raised quotes, didn't communicate, sat around, and kind of seemed like they didn't really care. The last thing you want when building something that is so important to you is that the people doing the work don't really care or take pride in what they do. Leelanau Construction is a great company to work with. I would highly recommend them when looking to build a new home. They use quality products in their homes and are knowledgeable in what it takes to make a home last. Their designs are up to date and open layouts make for a great home. Corey and his team were easy to work with even during one of the most challenging times of the pandemic. I am in love with the home they built me. I most definitely plan to have any future home builds in the hands of Leelanau Construction.
