Eldon and Mary Hixson, founders of Hixson Funeral Home, were very well respected by the community. 1998 - PresentThe Klein's sons, Casey and Corey, received their Embalmer's and Funeral Directors Licenses and joined their parents in 1998, and their daughter, Christa Musser started in 1999.
In January of 2000, the chapel in Smithville was opened. Corey's wife, Mandy joined the business in 2001. We will treat your family just like our own, providing the compassion, help and care in their time of need. This philosphy is built into every service we offer.

Services
This includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff, transportation to funeral home (within 100 miles), embalming and preparation charges, funeral vehicles, chapel facilities, register book, food book, and thank-you cards and standard memorial folders for services. This does not include casket, outer burial container and accommodation items.
