We are having a great experience so far. We really enjoy how Westar Marketing works with tenants to promote the entire center and draw additional foot traffic. Overall sales are increasing by 10% compared to last year. This location is one of the most successful stores out of all of our Orange County locations.

What an experience it has been so far with Hollister Village Plaza. We have currently opened our Verizon Store here and the group of business here are very open to collaborating in order to grow business for the entire plaza! In addition, I have worked directly with Heidi and Ally with Westar to prepare for our official Grand Opening and the experience has been nothing less than fantastic! Thank you for being pro-business/pro-consumer type of company to work with!

We leased a space in Monrovia and needed to leave early. The Westar agent would not approve any of the businesses who offered to take the space. An existing tenant, Tuesday Morning, wanted to take it over and expand their shop but Westar would not let us out of the lease! The agent refused to work with us. Terrible landlords!!
