Self-administered IV infusion, or home infusion therapy, is an increasingly popular and accepted practice among medical professionals and patients. Hearing loss impairs and disrupts interpersonal communications and interferes with quality of life on many levels, but especially for communications relating to medical care.

Services
Founded in 1992, MTI is a premier, trusted partner in the workers compensation industry delivering a broad range of post-acute integrated network health solutions. Being a culturally diverse, patient-centric company since inception we leverage our ITC (Integrated Care Teams) expertise and unified MTI 360 platform to deliver superior medical and financial results for those we serve.
Our blended program of proprietary and rideshare networks means the right level of service at the right time. Live transport technology means real-time tracking of pick-up and drop-off; immediate alerts for no-shows, service issues, or accidents; and system alerts for adjusters and case managers.
Cost savings means no surcharge fees, wait-time fees, rush fees on same-day scheduling, weekend holiday fees, wheelchair rental fees, or cancellation fees.Transport was requested for a post-operative injured worker/patient from Cedars Sinai to a Skilled Nursing Facility. This urgent situation also required a Bariatric Gurney Van for safe transport.

High-Quality Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) combines the benefits of face-to-face interpretation with the on-demand nature of Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI). This is the number of calls MTI America handled from Pompano Beach, Florida, in the past month. Connections were made in 85 languages, with Spanish, Creole, Vietnamese, Sign Language, Arabic, Cantonese, and Punjabi being the most requested.
Language services in the workers' compensation industry are under constant pressure to reduce costs. VRI will provide on-demand video interpreters facilitating deeper understanding through visual and spoken communication. I had the pleasure of working with Renee Espiritu regarding an electric wheelchair.
The conventional approach to Physical Medicine is seeing rocketed healthcare costs and often results in fragmented care. Access telerehab services (physical therapy treatment) right from the comfort of your home or office at any time that suits your routine. The injured worker completed 3 months of therapy and was pain-free, sleeping a full night again, and surgery was no longer a consideration.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Please refrain from working here. Nickola, Bad Body Wallace is a HORRIBLE manager. She is very rude and very nasty and will fire you because she does not like you. Nothing to do with your job performance. Not to mention, she will try to pretend like she likes you and that she’s “helping” you.

The operators on two occasions hung up on me before I was able to complete my transaction. I had given them my contact phone number so if it was accidental, they did not return my call to finish the transaction. The best way to get a translator with this company is by email. There operators are rude and inexperienced.

Do NOT work for this company if you are an interpreter, I did a 50 minute interpreting session for them and they paid me for 30 minutes, they’ll stop communicating with you if you want your full check.
I have it in written it shows 0.75 a minute, and they paid me 22 dollars for 50 minutes.
Plus the manager had me calling back and forth her client to confirm her doctor appointment, like 3 times. Leaving voicemails and talking to her patient and she stated (Andrea Davila, manager) that I won’t be paid for that.
I call and try to reach out, and management is always unavailable and very rude

Great company, very accessible staff. Everyone complaining about not getting paid should have read the contract, they pay 45 days after you submit your invoice, which is monthly.... Easily 75 to 80 days to get paid. They were very clear in explaining that to me before signing up. The managers are professional and very accessible. I'm in the process of getting certified as an interpreter, Andrea Davila was very helpful & knowledgeable, she had no problems sending me study material and information on certifications. I've only had one problem with getting paid on time and that was due to limited staffing

I was let go..... After two years of very dedicated worker, no one called to tell me they were letting me go, they just simply stopped calling and giving me work, then I called about using them for reference, they said they would send me a letter, after the second time I emailed asking for it, I was blocked, I called HR manager she said she would send it, this was over two months ago... what company does that? And they call themselves professionals, what a joke.

MTI customer service is awful!! They scheduled the wrong pickup time for me & when I called to change it, I was made to feel like I did something wrong. My appointment was at 10am & they scheduled a 1pm pickup for me. How is that my fault? I ended up canceling the service all together & finding alternate transportation. I would not recommend this place the people are rude.

MTI has provided my brother transportation for his injury for about half a year now. At least once a week they mess up scheduling so badly that he missed a critical doctors appointment or case appointment. If we don’t call every single day, sometimes 3-5x a day to confirm scheduling they mess it up. I have never seen a more incompetent company when handling transportation. They boast a 99.8% success rate, my brother must be the only one they mess up on because they hardly get 20% of his appointments correct. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

The absolute worst transportation job I've ever had first of all I started a job the first week of June did a few days here it is July 20 have yet to be compensated for those hours worked. When I made contact with the Transportation dispatch unit which has the worst customer service, kept telling me the check will be here within weeks time than that turned into a months time until I had to push further to see where is my money that I worked for and speaking with them made it no better. She wouldn't let me get a word in inch wide so I'm like lady hold up with that attitude when I'm the one that
