I have been in this store several times in the past year and every-time I go there, I come away totally disgusted. The staff are not knowledgeable in their products, they are lazy, don't want to really assist you and they move like turtles, really large slow turtles. I really detest coming to this store! This is not the Fontes of years ago. Clean up your act, man!!

First they get kudos on my initial chair purchase. However their follow up service is dicey. I'm not your typical cripp that settles for lackluster treatment, rather I put myself in power positions when warranted. When Fontes was scheduled to call me back about a tread maintenance deal and I got crickets a week on, I decided to pull the trigger on the issue, and go with Numotion/Monroe Wheelchair. They got right on the deal, and are enjoying $103 extra. Fontes needs to step up game!

Needed a lift chair on short notice when a family member got home from the hospital after a bad car accident. Was relieved that not only did Fonte Surgical Supply have a nice selection of lift chairs in stock but they brought it out to us right away and set it up. They clearly understood what we were going through and their quick turnaround and professionalism made it easier on us with one less thing to worry about during a difficult time. Thank you!

I needed to get a "boot" for plantar facitis. The clerks were very helpful in getting me the right item and took me to a back area to show me how to use the item and ensured I was comfortable with putting the cast on/off myself and using the air pump before leaving the store. The staff was very friendly and patiently worked through my insurance issues to make sure the boot was covered at the lowest cost to me as possible. Highly recommend the store as they have a lot of items stocked on the shelves that I can't always get at a walgreens or cvs.

I have a pride GOGO Scooter. A person came out on June 1, 2021 to evaluate what was wrong with it. Called and Pride made sure of the problem. There was fee for him to come, and was told I wouldn't have to paid a service call for him to come back and install the parts. He said the service department will call me the next day. I waited almost 2 weeks and NO ONE called me. I called and they had no idea what I was talking about. Luckily he gave me a copy of the quote and invoice. So I was able to give them the invoice and quote numbers. They finally located the service call and call Pride to got the

We have purchased two chairs within the last year. The second most recently for our mother. Both experiences were wonderful. The staff was always friendly and helped us make the right selection based on our needs and budget. They have followed up in both situations to ensure we were happy with the purchase. We love our chair and our mother loves hers also. We would definitely refer them to anyone.

I have had great experience at Fonte Surgical Supply. From first phone call and then wait time and pleasant faces, all were very positive experience. Marty helped me with a walker for my mother and was super friendly. Every thing was great, big thank you to Marty and the team. Highly recommend this place.
