Frank has been doing my carpet cleaning for better than 10+ years. Always does a fantastic job and takes the time to explain the process because every grade of carpet is not the same and he demonstrates his expertise in applying the right products. He keeps up on the latest advances in carpet cleaning procedures through training seminars and applies those new processes on the job. Have never had a job that did not exceed my expectations.
