Cantu Graphics was established in South Pasadena in 1987 by Carlos Cantu Sr. Since that time, we have become a well-known business in our local community and neighboring cities. Thanks to our dedication to honest business practices, technical skill, a good eye for design, and our involvement in various community endeavors, it has allowed Cantu Graphics to reach customers nationwide.
Now operated by Manuel Marquez (known to all as "Manny"), we at Cantu Graphics have expanded not only our products and services, but our community involvement as well. I prefer whenever possible to work with local business owners and Cantu Graphics
proves my point. Instead of a line and difficult parking I can walk or easily find space around the corner. The friendly attentive service provided by Gabriel or Kevin is always first class. My needs are simple as in copies or PDF conversions so I am usually in and out in a matter of minutes. I very highly recommend this business.

In all my demanding professional days in a number of major world-wide metros, I've never been flabbergasted at this copy services shop in the most delightful way.
It's Vince and the staff, they pulled off a Harry-Potter magic wand to rush through hundreds of pages to be copied within a four-hour window.
These mere mortals are a well-oiled synergetic team who apparently took pride and the love of hard-working customer services - especially for me and other folks there at that time.
No doubts, I wholly recommend Cantu Graphics shop highly without reservation be your personal service provider

This place is awesome! All of the employees are helpful, efficient, competent, knowledgable and friendly (especially Kevin). They are so easy to work with when printing complicated Ball Gala personalized envelopes. I emailed the excel spreadsheet with over 500 names to them, and they emailed me a proof of all the mailing envelopes within 2 days. I supplied the envelopes and they beautifully printed all of them within 3 days. Quick turnaround & affordable - highly recommend them.

I came by Cantu and Gabriel helped me make my son's week in less than 20 mins. It's super hard to find Splatoon gear but we found some DIY paper folded guns that attach to a Nintendo Switch. When we saw the printing templates, I assured him that we have a great local printer, Cantu, that will totally be able to help us.
Gabriel delivered more than I could have imagined. Despite being a walk-in and tiny job, Gabriel took time to understand the WHY. He made great recommendations for the end product and even took time to quality assure the result.

My husband and I used Cantu Graphics for our wedding invitations. They did a FANTASTIC job!! We were so pleased with the design, quality, fair prices and the customer service. Manny was especially helpful and kind. We had a bit of a personal setback and Manny went out of his way to support us. We will definitely use Cantu for all future printing needs. HIGHLY recommend these guys! Solid 5 stars!

This place literally gauges their customers. There is a charge for EVERYTHING- a $2 for opening up your email, $.75 to use a credit card, $.50 for sizing, and they also charge you for each sheet that they experiment the printing size. Paid $5 for once regular sheet of colored paper, not even printer paper for a picture that was less than an inch big. Never coming here again.

I've now printed two projects at Cantu and have been really happy with both my experiences. I've used other local print shops but haven't had the same level of customer service and quality that I've received from Cantu. I was pretty particular about what I wanted so there was a lot of back and forth and they were always super patient with me and my projects ended up looking great. If you are in need of professional services with excellent - or at least decent - customer service, choose another company for your design. The owner, Manuel Marquez, is rude, condescending, and more interesting in arguing rather than listening to the customer. After multiple trips to their office for design, nothing from our discussions had been saved to a file. It prompted the same conversation each visit.
Save yourself the hassle and aggravation. Find another company to assist you with your design and/or printing.

I have been coming to Cantu Graphics for all my photocopying needs for over 25 years, and I've had nothing but praise for their work...Until today. I am a local to South Pasadena and I support small businesses, but I am going to think long and hard about coming back. The staff is mostly efficient, competent, and personable. EXCEPT for the grey haired man with glasses. He is none of those three qualities I've listed above. He could not get all of the page, made excuses as to why he couldn't do it, charged me for HIS mistakes, and forgot to copy the some of the pages in the set

I can't believe I composed 100 wedding invite sets for under $200 with the help of Cantu. If you're ever shopping for wedding invites, you'll find out they cost an arm and leg. Cantu's pricing is pretty fair and GABRIEL IS THE BEST! He is patient, pays attention to detail, and awesome! I decided to do my own wedding invitations after I went to Paper Source in Pasadena, saw a sample on display and THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T DO IT. Worked with them for printing my wedding invitations and other stationery and everything came out beautiful. Printing quality is really nice and they cut everything for us perfectly, saved us tons of time. They worked with us to figure out exactly what we wanted.
