We were treated like family Everyone was so kind understanding and professional. Brittany took so much time to answer every question and cover every concern with so much patience. Graveside weather that day was bad. We had an older person attending with a walker they reserved a spot for her to park at site and saved seat. Weather cleared up long enough for service. My best friend for over 56 years mama recently passed who was my second mama. Brittany at Fairhaven is truly an angel as she took this family under her wings and met all of their needs. We had a great experience with Brittany and the rest of the staff. Brittany went above and beyond our expectations as we were dreading the process of making our mother's final arrangements. They don't try to push extra things on you when your already going through alot of just losing your loved one. Not only was the whole process stress free there prices are very affordable. Service was beautiful, however, I would not recommend using their tribute store posted on their website. I get an email two days after the service saying they were sorry but was unable to get my flowers done for the service. They were ordered the day prior to the service with a guaranteed delivery prior to the service. Pretty embarrassing! Thank goodness it was a family member that understood and we had another option of making a donation in her memory to her church.

Fairhaven handled my father in laws funeral and was amazing in our time of need. The attention to detail was amazing! The empathy showed and given was so genuine.
