We have served the Warner Robins community since 1994 when Rabun O. Smith first opened our doors. After 47 years in the funeral industry, he decided to open a new funeral home that offered one-of-a-kind services for every family. I want to thank Heritage Memorial for making the entire funeral and burial coordination as smooth as you did! This was the first time my brothers and I have ever been at the helm of dealing with a death in our family, and we want to thank everyone who assisted in this process. Nothing can prepare you for loosing a loved one, especially when it is unexpected. Andy was so patient so kind and it felt like he was a family friend whom we had taking care of my mothers arrangements. I appreciate every time I had a question he came out of his office to see me. He called and kept a open line of communication with me. He and the other staff members were so kind and compassionate. The family limo driver Dave had me and my children in his vehicle and opened and closed the door for us. He was so respectful to us. I enjoyed his conversation and he said compassionate encouraging things to me that made me smile.

My family was very pleased with the handling of my Dad’s service. We were in to talk to them several times, usually with Katie. She answered all of our questions and even responded to e-mails along the way. Heritage was very professional when coming into my parents home and were patient and thoughtful when we said our last good-byes. Our service was virtual and even included a virtual pastor...they handled all of the details. The service was beautiful. Heritage Funeral Home made this very difficult time very easy on our family.

Everything was so professional yet we felt so at ease from the moment we walked through the door everything was taken care of. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home provided most excellent service to our family when my father passed away. All of the employees were caring and compassionate and went out of their way to meet our every need. We never felt pressured to purchase anything other than what we asked for. Andy Pickens was in charge of Daddy’s services and he was absolutely amazing. I would recommend this funeral home to anyone.
