This is a great group of ladies. They work hard to fit your schedule and make sure they are avaliable whenever needed. Before i started working out with UpNorth i was BEYOND intimidated to go to the gym and use the equipment. This was because i simply didn't know how to use the equipment. The trainers will take the time needed to to show you what you need to know and push you to meet your fitness goals. 10 or if 10 recommend🙂

From day one was not professional. I scheduled my first session over 2 weeks in advance and when I showed up for my first session Shawniece stated she was not prepared. Then spent some of the session about the other trainer laying on the couch having a UTI. She barely worked me out and didn’t get my full hour because she said she was really tired. She was supposed to send me my macro info and never did. The second session she canceled approximately 2 hours before the session and when I talked about rescheduling since I paid in advance and she stopped texting me back. I tried to get ahold of her

My coach is shawniece the training is the best I've ever had Excellent communication very professional..and her knowledge is over the top..I've been there going on 3 months have lost weight and toned up now gaining muscle and learning to eat right she has coached me in lifting as well as meal prepping and eating correctly..I would highly recommend her if you are wanting to get in shape or just feel better about yourself..Thank You Shawniece

I restarted a very needed physical improvement journey. When looking for a gym and trainer, I wanted to feel welcomed and valued. I wanted close and personal. At UpNorth, I am nothing but respected and valued. I receive quality training and I feel listened to. The gym is kept very clean and they offer complimentary waters and sweat rags to use. 10/10 recommend calling them up!

This woman knows what she is doing! I have been working out with her for a month now and already have visible results! From only 3 days a week! (Side note: I have not changed my eating either) I am the type of person that will quit easily thinking I don't have the time to get in a meaningful workout. I always thought to have results meant that you needed to workout every day for hours, so I just didn't try or would give up right away. But with Shawniece, we can kill it a few days a week and are done within 45 mins. And I still have results?! Even if I didn't see results, I feel so much better and

Shawniece is an amazing trainer!! She is well informed in proper nutrition as well as making sure your form is on point. I would always hurt myself before when I worked out because I didn’t have someone helping me that knows what to do and willing to guide me. She makes sure to pay attention and checks on how I’m doing. I highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking a personal trainer.

Amazing trainer! She takes the time to learn you, and in turn sets you up with an awesome fitness routine and meal plan. She is honestly the first occasional trainer that I've met that I wasn't intimated by. She is very calm, patient, and always more than happy to help show you something if your unsure of how to do it. Really, cannot say enough good things about this amazing lady!!
