From the staff that answered the phone to the crew that came out to snake my basement drain they were all very professional and considerate of my property. They showed up exactly when they said they would and the final cost was appropriate and below the amount quoted. They cleaned up and settled accounts quickly and without trouble. The didn’t even have a problem with my dog barking at them when they came in and out. I would certainly recommend calling them if you ever need help with your drains.

This work done by Lenox was for an improperly installed dishwasher in our kitchen .
They were on time very polite, very kind, very professional the previous company that I had failed to do the work properly so I called Lenox
He fixed the problem and did everything properly the dishwasher is level, it’s attached to the cabinets and it’s not leaking very nice

My toilet was leaking water onto the floor. I called my usual plumbing service, but they understandably didn’t have any openings for 5 days because it’s 3 days before Christmas. Called another place that didn’t answer the phone, and another place that couldn’t fit me in. Luckily, I next called Lenox. They were very professional on the phone and got me in same day, and got here just two hours after I called. Our plumber was very professional, friendly, and walked me through the issue. Pricing seemed consistent with what I’ve paid in the past. Notably, Lenox has 24/7 emergency service

Service was good and on-time in the middle of the night. The only complaint is that I thought their prices were more expensive then other companies for similar service. The person had to snake out the pipes along with installing a new sump pump all of the cost of $900.

My fiancé and I just moved in and we were greeted with a gas leak days later. I spoke with both Matt and Nick several times. They both showed concern once they knew we where without heat. After being initially told we’d be scheduled the next day, I got a call that they’d make sure to make I out that day. I was at work at the time and wasn’t going to be there. Thankfully my mother in-law was there in my place.

I needed a main sewage line replaced; after contacting several plumbers in the area who had service dates two weeks out, I reached out to Lenox plumbing. They were fast to come out and do an estimate (same day as a call) and fast to schedule the repair (1 week out). The two who worked on our pipe were on time and kept me informed of the process throughout the entire project. They finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned up when they left. I would recommend and use again!

Called Lenox Plumbing after a gas range delivery gone wrong. They promptly returned my call and understood the seriousness of a potential gas leak. They were able to come take a look at our gas leak within a timely manner after hours. They diagnosed what happened, fixed it, and gave additional suggestions on how to improve our gas line. Pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely be using Lenox for our future plumbing needs

My mom had her hot water heater break on the afternoon before a holiday weekend, and she really needed to get her hot water heater replaced or she would be out of water for the entire weekend. The person who answered my call was extremely pleasant and arranged an appointment for me to have two toilets replaced in my home and the plumber came out and removed the old ones and installed the two new ones and they charged a reasonable price to do the job. I called Lenox at the advice of a few friends who said they liked them . This was after calling multiple companies in the area who wanted to charge me ungodly Amounts per shower : per hour etc and never gave me a straight answer on cost prior to booking the job . Lenox sent Brian out right away to give a free estimate . Free! Really liked Brian; he was efficient , smart and direct . Within 20 minutes I had the quote texted and emailed to me in detail . Lenox gave us a fair price with exploration which no one else did and the same person who quoted me came back to do the job . He cleaned up well

In January I called Lenox Plumbing. No one answered so I left a message. I was looking for someone to scope a sewer drain at a house I was in the process of purchasing. They did not return my call. I understand not every plumber does this, so I let it go.

So here's the scoop--several years ago we had another company come out and replace our pipes in our old house. They did a good job but when I asked them about some follow up work, most notably the stack drain in our home (which was beginning to rust where it takes an 90 degree turn) the guy who did the work (not the initial guy we worked with over there) quoted us a really high number for the repair and basically instilled the fear of God in us re: the job (e.g, it's going to go any minute now, it's going to take tearing apart your kitchen to get to this stack, it's going to

I had to call SIX plumbers to fix my basement gas leak, and Lenox was the only one who was willing to do fair business. They are a little difficult to get ahold of; email seems to be the best way. But they came out and gave me a free estimate, and guess what? They charged me exactly what they said they would once the work was done.
