Although heavily booked during the Christmas holidays, the plumber was able to come the day after I originally called. He identified the problem with my Kohler shower valve and was able to quickly obtain the necessary part for the repair.

I had a great experience with a plumber from this company when I was trying to identify a leak from my washing machine. I have to apologize that I forgot his name but the young guy was friendly and performed a thorough check of the drainage pipes connected to the washer. When it turned out the pipes were clear and issue wasn't plumbing related he did not overcharge me for his time and gave some good advice for checking and fixing the washer before he left.

These are weird times we're living in these days and my expectations from businesses across the board have become very, very low. So I was completely surprised when I called the phone number for Z Plumberz and a live person actually answered the phone and was incredibly friendly and helpful. Z Plumberz has far exceeded my expectations at every point. They communicate very well and followe through with everything they say, they are punctual and experts in their trade.

Fast and very polite professional staff who called ahead to verify what type of water heater I had to bring the same or similar in case of replacement. Ended up needing replacement, they were able to replace and haul away within an hour and a half. Before leaving they made sure everything was up to building code and gave basic instructions for restarting the pilot light on the new water heater.

I am BEYOND grateful that Chad Marek was able to explain and SHOW exactly what was going on in the sewer line. And the price? I believe was more than reasonable. From the first email and phone call to the completed service , ZPlumberz were professional, personable and very competent. I had a variety of challenges from old house plumbing issues to high tech fixture repair. Jim was superb. He provided a clear assessment of each issue, gave me the repair/replacement options and completed the work expertly. In addition, he was respectful of me and my home by wearing a mask and leaving each space clean and free of debris. I recommend Jim Frain and ZPlumberz very highly!!

We had a slow running toilet in the master bath and called Z Plumberz to come out and snake the drain. We were given a time window and the tech showed up on time and confirmed he was on the way. After a quick snake of the drain we found the problem to be a bit more extensive than what we originally thought. All along we were told what the cost… was going to be, and what was going to be involved to get the toilet back to working order. The situation was resolved at exactly the price quoted and no hidden "extras" or costs thrown in. The best part is that our bathroom is as clean as it was

I first discovered a leak at the water discharge tap on my 10 year water heater last Thursday evening. Friday morning I called Steve at First Class Plumbing for advice and pricing. After checking around I concluded his pricing for purchase and installation was very reasonable. This Monday morning Steve and his assistant showed up on time wearing masks and booties and within 2 hours my new water heater was installed and the old one removed with a minimum of fuss and disruption. After requesting a quote through yelp, First Class Plumbing offered to come out to my home to give me a quote. Their quote, which was the same as the actual cost, was lower than the other companies that just emailed me a quote based on the plumbing issues I needed fixed.
In addition, Scheduling was easy....which isn't always the case with home fixes, and work was done efficiently.
