Mark and Pat were absolutely wonderful. Not many people have what it takes to be so comforting at such a difficult time, but these guys have a special light about them. The Quintanilla family is incredibly grateful and we could not have asked for better arrangements. Mark and his team are amazing. I've known Mark and his family for over 40 years, as I grew up in Delavan.

We are a few months shy of the two year anniversary of the day my dad left us unexpectedly. And without a doubt, when I think of that day, my heart aches. And then I quickly slip into gratitude for all that unfolded during that dark season, and the amazing people who stepped up & created or lit up a path of peace for our family to walk on.

Monroe Funeral Home was really great to work with all the way from purchasing funeral insurance, while my grandma was still present, to all of the planning details. They are very helpful on the day of the visitation, mass and dinner as well. They were professional, helpful and respectful of our family's desires and wishes per my grandma's requests. This was extremely difficult because she passed during a pandemic and while there are protocols for once someone passes, there are no protocols for how we are to go through the process of funeral planning during such an unusual time. Pat was really helpful

Mark and Pat were extremely kind and generous with their time and flexibility. They truly have a very natural gift of bringing such lightness and ease to an otherwise emotional and heavy time and I would recommend their services to everybody. They listened and respected every wish we had for our mother and I know my mom would have been delighted to know how well she was taken care of while in their care. Mark and his team are amazing. I've known Mark and his family for over 40 years, as I grew up in Delavan. Monroe funeral home handled both my Mother and Brother's funerals and now my Father's. Wonderful family, who have remained compassionate, considerate, professional, and supportive through everything, right down to the very last detail. Beautifully done. My brother passed away out of state. We had no idea where to start for his arrangements. We turned to Pat Tauscher at Monroe Funeral Home. Pat handled everything, answering questions we didn't even know to ask. Pat arranged an out of state cremation, delivery home of my brother's cremains, and took care of every detail that needed attention. Professional, thorough, and compassionate. My brother Michael recently passed away and as he was relatively young and a single father with two boys 12 and 15, I can't thank Pat and his team enough for all they did for us. Cards were forwarded after our service and Pat stayed in touch and made sure they got to us. My mom travelled from Arkansas to be here and even though my brothers wishes were to be cremated they arranged for my mom to see him before it took place once she got here and to kiss his sweet face one last time.
