The facility is a very nice place. The staff is not. They were unprepared and unprofessional. They set aside the first hour of a viewing for family only. I arrived with 25 minutes of that time left. I was TOLD, not asked, to sign the guest register and was told I could go in soon. Never asked me if I was family or a friend! Just assumed I was a friend! I simply walked in, past her, since it was my Uncle's funeral. They did offer cold bottles of water and a couple of sodas. It was in a mini fridge, like what you have in a hotel.
