This establishment/ company is unprofessional and horrible at what they do. Sergio Ruiz, does not return your calls, takes forever to do your loan, avoids contact with you, your realtor and even his own clients and makes excuses and promises on why something is not done. I have never had such an awful experience with a real estate company. It took us over 90 days to close on our house, mind you it was supposed to be a 35 day escrow and this company didn't even close the deal....we had to have it turned over to our lender in order for it to close. Minus the fact that his clients had to
