I started using Service Experts for my AC maintenance shortly after purchasing a new home. My first home. I went with the membership. I have a membership to leaf filter as well. I get the best filters and change them regularly. My first maintenance performed by Service Experts was interesting. I was told my capacitor was reading low. He… recommended replacing it. I asked how much? He said around $230. I looked up the part and found it on Amazon for $30. Whoa! $200 to install a new part (the old one was already out to be tested). No additional work required. I thought that was ridiculous

Llovani came to do a heating/AC inspection at 6:00, the exact time he called and said he would come. He was very professional and took care of his business quickly but thoroughly. Most importantly, he explained something about our temperature gauge that I was not aware of. He taught me how to turn on the dehumidifier, which I didn’t even know we… had. I appreciated his patience while making sure I understood everything. I would give him 5 stars and highly recommend Calvary Service Experts. We have used them for years and will continue to do so. I called service experts to come check my ac that wasn’t cooling. Two guys showed up one tech and one salesman. They both told me my ac unit was a builders grade and even only being four years old how it’s not made well. They continued to tell me all negative things while trying to sell me a new unit and service plan. I had it serviced in June. I… did not renew my agreement because of other financial services due at the same time. Therefore I paid premium prices. The tech explained what he thought we should do. I did agree and went forward. Billing Customer service Promises Lack of promptness No upper management
They don’t return calls and nobody ever has an answer why something went wrong on their end. They say they are gonna look into it and never call you back. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is is not what they standby. You can not call the local office everything is routed through a call center where they can’t transfer you to a person to help only send and email and guarantee a call back

This place is the worst place ever. They do not charge what they say they will charge. Be careful with this business. I called to see how they can help me. The guy that answered kept trying to sell me a $5 membership and if I did not want to join the membership then it was going to be $99 for them to come and look and see what was going on. I told… that I did not want the membership but I could pay $99. so they come out that same day and he says that the breaker was damaged that is why the AC was not working, that I needed to call a Electrical guy. SO they did not do anything then charges

I had some issues with my A/C unit and Rueben was out within a few hours to take a look at it. He was very helpful and professional. He gave me a very honest opinion on what he thought was best for my A/C. He gave me a quote which was reasonable and then got the job done in a efficient and timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I am so surprised to read all the reviews below. I had quite the opposite experience and I feel compelled to share considering the reviews have been so horrible.
This company has been doing business with someone I know for many years so they came HIGHLY recommended. My AC died one night and they were at my house the following day diagnosing what occurred. They were very honest with me and told me it was the compressor. I asked them to quote me and they did. I found the quote to be fair and consistent with what others had quoted.
I gave them the job and they installed two new units in my home

Very shady company. Do not do business with them, if necessary get another quote. They are extremely high and only out for the money. They had a tech and appeared to be sales guy corning me purchase a new system. They tried to sale me an air compressor for $1200 after they had a guy come the day before who charged me $167 for a bad capacitor that needed replaced on the air compressor. The capacitor probably is no more than $15-20. It was just a huge scam. I got had. It is unfortunate because when you are hot and you have kids in your house you just do desperate foolish things. IF YOU DONT CONTACT AT LEAST 4 YOU WILL, I REPEAT YOU WILL GET SCREWED
So I had read before hand everything you need to know about Central AC units and "probed" guys from other companies
This guy, very nice, didnt even look at my unit, I could have had 4 hamsters in a box spinning the wheels for a fan and this guy based on what I said told me " you need a brand new unit" I will send somebody over on Tuesday
