We have been customers of The Plumbing Place for many years and have always been very pleased on the selection, quality and great customer service provided us. Our most recent visit we were looking for a stylish, high quality kitchen sink faucet. John, the company's President happened to offer his assistance and we nailed down just what we wanted. As we were walking around the store, we came across some super kitchen sinks, but what caught our eye was the TopZero single bowl sink selection. LISA was beyond amazing to work with, especially during COVID. Her attention to detail is mind boggling. On a whim, I replaced 26 door knobs...sounds simple but required numerous visits to the showroom. I also gutted a 32 year old “ugly” bathroom based entirely on Lisa’s choices and it’s gorgeous. My most recent project was a kitchen cabinet redo and her suggestion of pulls just popped the white doors.
Finally, above and beyond, she had a manufacturer send photos of 30 knobs so we could hand pick the “perfect” 6 to match what I had.
