Since 1991, Tri Properties has been intimately involved in the Raleigh, Durham, and Research Triangle area's real estate market. In 2020, NAI Carolantic Realty merged with us adding greater depth to our brokerage team and expanding our years of local industry leadership to over 75 years.
Greg is one of a few professionals accomplished in every discipline of the commercial real estate industry. He has been president of Tri Properties since 1994 and provides strategic vision and direction to the company. Greg has played an instrumental role in the commercial real estate market around the Research Triangle Park.

We keep our finger on the pulse of the local market to know which companies are moving to the area, which ones may be looking for new space, and what properties are your competition. We use that insight to strategically position your property to attract the right tenants, then negotiate leases to maximize investor returns.
Matt is an experienced construction manager who understands all aspects of the construction process. From start to finish, he has the expertise to complete high quality construction projects on time and on budget.

Matt's diverse background - having served as a superintendent for a construction company and a preconstruction and project manager for a large, publicly-traded REIT with a portfolio of 5.5 million square feet - gives him an in-depth understanding of the challenges and needs facing Tri Properties clients.
Ryan has spent his entire career focused exclusively on tenant representation. If you have a corporate real estate need - from negotiating or restructuring a lease to buying or selling a Class A office building - he has the knowledge, experience and resources to effectively manage your needs and achieve your goals.

Tri Properties team does a good job of keeping up with the maintenance of the building, even with the tenant transitions that were going on these past few months.
