I highly recommend Perfect Touch auto repair. Being a college student it is hard to find places that have fair prices for luxury car repairs. Ricky was very helpful, honest, and knew exactly what he was doing! I drive a Volkswagen CC and could not find anywhere in Champaign that could work on it, but luckily got recommended to Perfect Touch and am so relieved I did! You will not regret going here.

The day after bringing a newborn home, our AC started going out, and it ended up being a bad radiator. After getting quite a few estimates in town and feeling down, I found Perfect Touch and they quoted me half of what everyone else was going to charge.
Rick and his employees were helpful in explaining and confirming the problem of what was going on and taking our car in right away and getting it fixed for half the price of everyone else. Hopefully it won’t be soon, but when/if needed I’ll only be coming here from now on for auto repairs! Thanks again Rick!

Normally, I do not write a review but today, I felt the obligation for fellow residents. If you have problems with your car, Call Ricky. It was great pleasure to meet Ricky, the owner of the mechanic shop. He is a straightforward but still very polite, of course, honest mechanic. He will take of your car. Just call him ask for estimate. He will let you know what it is and how much it is. You don't need to play a game with him.

My wife drives an Audi Q5 and I’ve always had trouble finding a fairly priced repair shop to take it to. I highly recommend perfect touch auto repair, the prices are fair and the owner is very professional. It was obvious from the start that they have a lot experience with foreign cars and in my opinion are the best in town. If you have a German car give them a call, you will not regret it.

Absolutely excellence service (and price!) if you need honest, reliable and affordable service, look no further! I was referred to Perfect Touch when I was needing an oil change for my Mercedes.
