I went in thinking I needed 4 new tires and honestly pretty daunted by the cost of that. The guy who was helping me came back to tell me that I only really needed 2 new ones, as the other 2 were only halfway through their life. As someone that honestly doesn't know much about cars at all it was super refreshing to be treated so courteously, with the emphasis on customer service instead of profit.

I brought in four tires I bought from Tire Rack to mount on a Ram 1500. They got me in on a Saturday morning and the total time it took them to mount and balance my tires was 17 minutes (I took a walk around their neighborhood and they were done when I returned). They were professional, clean, and courteous and the price was good too. I Highly Recommend them to anyone in Champaign County Illinois (and surrounding counties).

If you don't buy your tires from them, they bend you over and abuse your wallet. took my truck there a few weeks ago to get new tires I bought online put on. 6 tires and a spare cost 200.00 to mount and balance and I took the old tires with me. I was shocked that they charged me so much and they said, that's what we charge if you don't buy tires from us. I asked them, you charged me more because I bought my own tires online and then they lied and told me no, we charge that much for all truck tires. I told a friend who buys tires from them through his business and he confirmed that they overcharged

Been a customer for 10 years and they’ve always treated me very well. I could very easily go to local places in my own town, but I’ve made the drive to them because of my experiences… Until now. Brought my truck in a while back to have some tires put on and they absolutely destroyed the chrome plating all the way around all four wheels on my 2015 Ford F150 lariat. I tried to be understanding and not demanding from the beginning, but after a number of phone calls back-and-forth they basically told me screw off and there’s nothing there going to do for me. Completely ruined
