She then continued her education and in 2003 received her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh. Called July 5 to leave a message stating I would like to make new patient appointments for two people. I stated my name clearly and my phone number twice. As of today, 7/10/19 no one has returned my call. Also no information on the office phone line concerning office closure for the July 4th holiday, the day after or when the office would reopen.
After the wonderful reviews and glowing recommendations I have received it is shocking that this practice cannot be bothered to return a phone call. I'm glad I learned about their poor customer service before I handed them my money.
