Great place, but they charge a “labor surcharge.” This is nothing but a very cheesy way for the owner to make more money. Tacking on this charge doesn’t necessarily mean the employees get paid more, but most certainly means the ownership pays less in payroll costs. Don’t get me wrong, the people who served us were amazing. The owners could learn a lot from them.

Great place to go when traveling home to visit family on the hill. Delicious food with fast service at great prices. I used to work for the owners over 20 years ago at their other establishments and I must say, the owners sure are wonderful. They truly see their staff as family. Because of them, I was able to become a registered nurse. You will not find a better establishment to support on the mountain. I highly recommend visiting Blondie's for delicious drinks and food during your next mountain adventure.

This place is awesome! Love the ambience, although we didn't get to dine in this time. I have to say Blondie's has the best salmon I've ever tasted, and I order salmon pretty much wherever we go. So happy to have found a place we can walk to! And the service was super friendly, we can't wait to come back and dine in.

We been here several times, and loved it each time. Very "diner" vibe, but with a full bar 😀 The owners are hands on, and awesome. All the dishes we've had we enjoyed and the drinks are great! They certainly know the locals, but treat the visitors well also (unlike some of the "locals" spots that treat weekend visitors like they are unwelcome). Overall, I highly recommend the spot! Great food, great drinks, great service - great find!

I live in Running Springs full time. I have eaten at Blondies several times. I ate here on 10/2/21 for the first time in over a year and the food and service were great. As a full time mountain resident, mediocre food and service are norms at almost all mountain restaurants from Big Bear to Crestline and Blondies is the one of the only exceptions for the good!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I suggest nobody in their right mind come and spend any of their money here. Your better off with gas station food. Not only was the food disgusting but it gave me food poisoning and ruined my whole entire trip and day. The food is way too expensive to be that nasty. It was all nasty and I know most of the food was not cooked fresh. Even the sauces were disgusting and probably expired. The food came out pretty fast but got to me not hot at all if anything it came to me pretty cold. I couldn’t dare to eat more of it. And the fact that I spent more than 90$ (including

Great Grill And Bar! Nice Place To Get Some Quality Cheeseburgers That Won’t Disappoint You For Sure! The Only Thing I Couldn’t Agree On Is The Very High Price Of Those Burgers! I Paid A Little Over $84.00 For 3 Double Cheeseburgers 3 Fries And 3 Drinks And A Small Side Of Garlic Mashed Potatoes. OUCH! Overall The Food Was Excellent And The Environment Was OK. If The Price Was Lower I Would Give 5 Stars!

Came through and had some pretty good food. The place was not crowded at all and the waitress was super friendly and helpful. She gave some suggestions and was right with all of them. Also the potato soup was sooo good I definitely recommend. Crinkle cut fries are usually not my favorite but these fries were seasoned and super good.

I love this spot. Frequent it often. Have my favorites including the filet minon with blue cheese & grilled onion on top, with roasted rosemary red potatoes, streamed broccoli & salad. The blackened salmon and mashed potatoes with green beans is great too. The bacon in the beans is yum! The cobb salad is also a go to for me along with the broccoli cheddar soup and tomato basil soup. Here is pictures of the turkey cobb & chicken ceasar salad. Honestly you just can't go wrong no matter what you order. Good stuff!! If you want to really have some fun, try a SHOT ski! lol

We had our brunch today at Blondie's because we were vacationing just behind it in Running springs. It is on the way to Big Bear Area but quite popular with patrons and locals as well regular visitors of Big Bear. Whatever we ordered was yummy and beyond expectation. Their decor is totally rustic and typical old diner kind of and reminded me of old world charm. The best thing is their superb service and wait staff who were always smiling and serving with diligence. We might go there again just to eat their delicious hasbrowns and apple pie.
