An annulment is when a court decides that for some reason your marriage is not legally valid. This situation is rare in California but not completely unheard of. Annulments can occur in cases of incest or bigamy (when someone who is already legally married goes through a second marriage).
Marriages between parents and children, ancestors and descendants of every degree, and between siblings of the half as well as the whole blood, and between uncles or aunts and nieces or nephews, are incestuous, and void from the beginning, whether the relationship is legitimate or illegitimate.Due to the infrequency which nullity cases occur, they all go straight to court for hearing before a judge.

As a parent, receiving fair child support can be one of the most critical factors in your ability to provide proper care for your child. Additionally, child support can be one of the most contentious matters during a divorce. Courts take the issue of child support and the protection of children during and after a divorce very seriously.

Larry Bellomo has been my attorney for about six months. During this time, he has handled two crucial cases: one involving Family real estate, and the other of a divorce settlement. He has put me in a better position to move forward with my affairs. Larry is a bulldog when it comes to getting things done. He works relentlessly late into the nights and weekends – burning the midnight oil. Larry doesn’t give up or make excuses. I know that he spends his down-time thinking about my cases; because he loves to strategize. I highly recommend Larry to anyone in need of a well-rounded, experienced

We retained Larry and fired him 4 months later and lost $3,000 in legal fees. Larry advised us we needed to file 7, but when he pretty much went MIA after receiving the retainer, we fired him. We then interviewed several more BK attorneies who all advised us we don't qualify for 7, just 13. They were right. We would never recommend Larry for any legal matters.
