I called Banner Attorneys, they were considerate and caring during my initial phone call, but after I signed the contract, it was difficult to get a hold of them. They lack communication skills and professionalism. I've called and left several voice messages, as well as text messages. And nothing.

However, after several months the chiropractor told me Banner was dropping me as a client because my injuries weren't significant enough. Banner never told me. I never thought I would hire a lawyer. That was until I was sitting at a red light and saw a Prius careening down Euclid with no intention on stopping. In a split second my body was changed forever as my car was rear ended--causing three herniated discs and messing up my rotator cuff.
