Kim came to me through Ideal Agent for which they are a member. I wanted to sell my house as soon as possible but wasn't sure we could get it done before Christmas or what was required to make it happen. She took care of everything and made the process easy and seamless. I had a rental property and wanted to sell it to my rentals first and foremost.
