Dr. Heather grew up in Salem, NH. Her journey to becoming a doctor started there as a chiropractic patient 22 years ago. Her childhood was plagued by illness, pain, and an endless array of doctor's appointments and prescription medications; all of which provided no explanations or solutions to her many health problems.
Dr. Heather is frequently asked if it's safe to get adjusted while pregnant and at what age a child can be adjusted. The very first time someone should have his or her spine checked is at birth! Dr. Heather's children were adjusted when they were only a few hours old! The very first time that a human being experiences a trauma that could cause subluxation, a misalignment of the spine, is during the birth process.

Dr. Heather and her staff are absolutely amazing! I started seeing them during my first pregnancy, over 3 years ago. I thought I would stop once my daughter was born, but have been going ever since. I realized that the adjustments I was getting were resolving symptoms I'd had for years -- the same ones that I'd improved with diet and lifestyle changes that were still mildly lingering. Both of my kids and I get adjusted weekly, and Dr. Heather, Noura, and Maddie mean more to us than they can imagine! I went into Oceanside Chiropractic for back and wrist pain and Dr. Heather was able to start getting me relief in just a few sessions! The staff is flexible with appointments to allow me to get in when I need it, even when I am extremely busy. I have been to many chiropractic clinics throughout my life and this one tops them all. Dr. Heather and her staff are beyond amazing! I’ve been bringing my son to her practice for about a month now and her policies and procedures for COVID make me feel safe for myself and my family. The staff is so welcoming and friendly! My first appointment was extensive and Dr. Heather really made sure my husband and I understood her process in combating our aches and pains from everyday life stressors. I feel like a new person after every adjustment! Also, the front desk is very accommodating with fluid schedules. Highly recommend as a local family chiropractor, especially for military families such as ours!

I absolutely love seeing Dr. Heather weekly! I am a firm believer that she is the reason I was able to carry my second baby to full term and was still able to walk by the end of my pregnancy. Dr. Heather has been great to work with. My wife and I bring our young daughter to her. We started going within two weeks to work on a tongue tie issue. After the first visit, our daughter was able to stick her tongue out of her mouth for the first time. She has been a great resource and provides quality care. Dr. Heather is amazing and so is her staff. I have struggled to find a chiropractor who actually cared about my health. Dr. Heather is warm, attentive, and exceptionally skilled.
