I've been seeing Vicky for years & she's absolutely amazing! She has golden hands, is very well aware of the latest trends, & very passionate about making her clients feel beautiful! She's the only one I trust with my hair, from color, to highlights, & haircuts! She also microbladed my eyebrows, and made the process painless, very natural looking, & the result was beautiful! Vicky did an amazing job with my highlights. She pays attention to detail and makes sure color is down to the root. She is a true professional and gets hair colored, cut and styled in only 2 hours which is the quiest I have had in the east bay. I am glad I finally found someone with talent and can't wait to go back.

I went in here to do a quick waxing for my eyebrows with Caitlin. We got to talking about hair color and how she is a haircolor specialist. I made an appointment the following week for highlights and low lights. I have to say she's absolutely amazing and knows exactly what she's doing has an artistic flair. I have been going to Vicky for 5 years. She is a fantastic hairstylist. She does my cuts/color/highlights. (She also does waxing, eyebrows, eyelash extensions, facials, makeup, microblading, etc)
Vicky is experienced, creative, dedicated, and honest. She will work with you on your specific features, hair type,etc.
Just know that you will be in good hands! Highly recommend!

Michelle is the most diligent and talented hair stylist I've ever had work on my hair. It is curly, thick, loaded with cowlicks and basically a hair stylist's nightmare. She takes her time and makes sure I do not leave the chair unless I'm totally satisfied with the cut.
Also she is an excellent person to dye your hair as well. She does a great job on my wife, and also made me look 20 years younger...naturally! This salon is absolutely beautiful! It's modern, updated, with a chandelier, purple couch, glitter and it looks like a San Francisco underground cool urban building with lots of style. They have a UV light when you first walk into the door that sanitizes your whole body. They provide everything you need to feel safe and comfortable. There are services for every beauty need you may have from highlights, color, haircuts, perms, hair extensions, eyebrows, eye lashes, pedicures, nails, Microblading, tanning coming soon, as well as other beauty services. I recently had the occasion to visit Urban Beauty Bar, this was my second visit. My hairdresser extraordinaire, Michelle O'Hearn had recently decided to switch studios. I was very impressed with the stylishness of the salon as well as the cleanliness and adherence to Covid protocols.
I personally am glad she made the switch.

Wow! This hidden gem in Pleasant Hill is now my go-to salon. This was my first experience at this amazing salon! They strictly adhere to all county protocols of sanitizing, masks, distancing, etc. which made me feel very comfortable as a senior citizen. I was treated with great care and absolutely LOVE my new cut!!! Michelle is an artist extraordinaire and I will definitely be back to have my color done.

FOUND HER! Maria at Urban Beauty Bar. She did an amazing job. It was nice to know she really knows what she's doing, she's done it for years and the room she has, to do her work in is sterile. It's also nice that she's very sweet.
The salon she works in is beautiful! So classy. They offer so many services. You can have almost anything beauty related done there.

Maria your response lacks truth and sincere regret.
1) Liz did my brows first in 6/2018 then follow-up(explained to correct and shape) in 8/2018.
2) I paid Liz/Urban Beauty Bar $560.00 in advance. I received no refund from Maria or Liz.
3) Liz was a commissioned employee of Urban Beauty Bar she told me. She also answered phones and made appointments for UBB till she was fired. You cannot fire an independent contractor, only employee.
4) Fire destroyed our lives in 11/2018 & putting our lives back together took priority over writing about my experience with UBB. How dare you draw Holly &

I went to get my lashes done for the first time by Camille before my vacation and was very happy with the results they looked fantastic She was friendly professional and answered all my questions .Today I went back for a fill to get them back in shape and let me tell you they look spectacular and once again Camille was so nice she has this great vibe around her that makes you feel like you're seeing your best friend I'll be back soon and will recommend her to all my friends
