Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately.

Bianca started with us in 2020, and brought experience as both a Veterinary Technician and Veterinary Receptionist. She quickly formed relationships with clients and is now our Lead Receptionist. Bianca has a a tortoise named Jumba, a chihuahua named Polly, a little Parvo survivor named Lilo, and she is a Boxer lover!
Becky is our Lead Technician, and does incredible work for her patients and clients. Becky and her husband Barry have 2 daughters, she is pictured here with her Boston Terrier Ruckus. They also have another Boston named Gus and a cat named Jon. Sarah joined our team summer of 2011 and has been a wonderful addition to RAH.
1. Payment is required when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not offer delayed billing. 2. We accept debit cards, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

I can’t say enough about the staff and Dr. Finn who took such wonderful care of our chocolate lab Duke who had a bowel obstruction and required surgery. From the moment I called them they immediately accommodated us and gave constant updates and the very best care!! They have a beautiful animal hospital and they truly CARE!!! So happy a random phone call led to the very best outcome for my Duke.

I went from a chain vet in the pet store to Richter and I will never take my dogs anywhere else. Everyone there is super friendly, and knows how to do their job. Mr. Richter is a great vet and they take the time to explain things, instead of just tossing me an invoice. Thank you for such great service!

I am leaving my previous review as I did enjoy seeing the doctors at this facility, however, I think it is important to give the good with the bad for reviewers to make informed decisions with their beloved pets. My parents unfortunately had a blind elderly dog that was moaning all night, could no longer stand or walk, and finally stopped eating. When my mother called to bring that sweet pup in to be put to sleep, she waited on hold for 15 mins and then was told they couldn’t fit her in until the next day. This situation is difficult enough as our pets are family members, now my mom has the choice

Dr. Finn was fantastic. Super helpful, empathetic, and straight forward. I came in with a high emotion behavioral issue (my dog, not me). Dr. Finn provided the necessary information for me to make the appropriate next steps. He had a different approach to what I should do and I could not be more thrilled.

This is the place my babies love! When we need to go out of town or when I was in a hotel waiting on the new house to be completed they stayed here and absolutely love it. They were healthy and happy the whole time. You're able to visit if they are there for long stays, the vet is wonderful and very thorough. I can't say enough about this place and their exceptional staff that is the friendliest staff of all.

We picked up our boxer baby today from being spayed, I just want to first Thank Dr. Dolan and the amazing staff for taking such good care of her, for answering all my worried and anxious dog mom questions and being empathetic. Process was smooth, and explained thoroughly and again Dr. Dolan was caring and communicative. I can't recommend them enough, Thanks Again!
