I’ve been taking my dog to St. Mina’s animal hospital for a couple of years now. They are very close to my house and convenient for me. They are a little bit expensive compared to the shelter facilities that we used before.
Earlier this year my dog got pancreatitis. St. Mina took such good care of her. She had to be hospitalized for several days. Even though the pandemic restricted office visits, they let me visit every day with masks and social distancing. Every staff member has been gentle and treated my dog like family.

Dr. Azer and his staff are always quick to respond any time we have had a health concern ore even just a mundane question regarding one of our dogs. We have used St. Mina for several years and I have never met a more compassionate, caring, and empathetic veterinarian than Dr. Azer and this shows in the quality of care he provides to our dogs. He treats all pets like they are his very own. We will always use St. Mina to care for our pups as long as we have them.

Very professional and responsive service. Two other vet clinics would not see my dogs for availability issues and scheduling. St. Mina heard my concerns and scheduled an immediate consult. Thankfully everything turned out fine. My family and I are very pleased with the courteous and professional service. We will be switching our pets vet services to St. Mina.

The receptionists in this facility are completely out of their field, they do not know how to handle large breed dogs and go run and hide behind the desk, another patron walked in with a tiny breed and both ran to greet the small dog and took it straight back to the room... not the first worst experience with this people, but it's definitely the last. Ladies you need someone to train you on you doggy skills!

Dr Azer is the most caring and compassionate veterinarian I have ever met. We drive all the way from Waxahachie to St. Mina for our fur babies. He has taken exceptionally good care of 3 of our dogs from annual exams, medication needs, health and dental concerns, and emergencies. When the time recently came to say goodbye to our 16 year old… English foxhound, Dr Azer and his staff were amazing. They guided us through a very rough decision with knowledge, compassion and support. The empathy, care, love and concern shown to us and our animals has been unparalleled. Our family will continue

I took my pup on Tuesday at 5:30pm and was charged for three days although I picked my pup up at 3:00pm on Thursday which is less than 48 hours. I should have been charged for two days instead of three days. They close at 6:00pm as well. St. Mina could be a good hospital because they helped my pup but you must be weary of their charges.

Excellent veterinarian that offers emergency appointments that don't cost an arm and both legs. Dr. Azer and his staff were very professional, caring and responsive to our emergency.
