Hearing aids have made tremendous technological progress in recent decades, but they still need a certain amount of maintenance and care, like any other device. We provide on-site hearing aid cleaning, maintenance and repairs at the Beverly Hills Hearing Center for all hearing devices, no matter of where you bought it from.
Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) are personal devices that can enable you to hear better in one-to-one and group environments. They are portable amplifiers that carry sound closer to your ears. Such small devices collect the sound you want to hear and may even help filter out background noise. They distinguish the sounds a person wants to hear from the noise around.

I was referred to the office by my ENT for a hearing test. I came into the office and the front office staff had smiles on their faces, were nice, and extremely knowledgeable. They took me to a room where I waited for the doctor. I got the hearing test done and it turns out that I have hearing loss in one of my ears. Dr. Baehr informed me of all of my options when I then proceeded to let her know I wanted to move forward with the fitting for the hearing aid. She was really gentle, made me feel comfortable, and at ease about what I felt at the time to be a life changing event. I am appreciative

I look after a very important young deaf woman. We scheduled her an appointment for an earmold at Beverly Hills Hearing Center in May 2018. The audiologist injured her ear by poking it with an instrument. They sent her to their ENT (aka friend), who didn't address the issue. It became so serious she was hospitalized twice, has been in the hospital three times and is bed ridden to this day. She can't carry on with any normal activity. Mastoiditis is a life threatening condition and if untreated leads to death. The owner offered to pay for all expenses to send her to her people who didn't want to
