At Westdale, Mr. Schmeltekopf is responsible for acquiring and managing investments in distressed debt. The worst experience ever...doesn't deserve the 1 star! Entered a short term 2-month lease with an end date of 8/1/21 clearly stated on all documents. (However, small print requires 30 days move out notice - which was never discussed. We ended up having to pay for rent thru 8/19! We are chalking that up to a lesson-learned). But there is more...upon arrival the unit had an intense smell of cigarette smoke. They tried to disguise with chemical treatment but by the end of 2 months, everything I owned reeked of smoke. If I could give less than 1 start I would. The staff at Griffin Crossing Apartments is very unprofessional. I received a phone call to confirm my employment and less than 30 minutes later I received an approval letter via email. So I call the leasing office to schedule a tour before I pay for an apartment. My first issue was the girl that answered the phone saying I never submitted an application and that they don’t have me in their system but I had already received an approval letter. I was transferred to the manager and I was then told that I was in the system but I can’t see the apartment

My apartment flooded and I still have not been abel reach someone that can conduct the repairs right or move me to a new unit. We are in a global pandemic at this time and I have an uninhabitable home, how am I supposed to stay at home if I can not live in my own apartment? I moved out of waterstone apartments in buford Ga April 30 2020. I requested info on how to make final payment before turning in keys. I was directed to pay remaining fees on the online site I have used every month. I paid all fees before turning in keys. Yesterday I received a collections notice for termination. I was never once called, emailed or mailed a bill. Apparently you are automatically sent to collections for a bill they did not provide at move out. I take my credit very seriously and never have been late on the almost 3 years living here. The manager never got on the phone to speak with

One star is as low as I could go it doesn't deserve any stars. I live at The Parks on Preston. I have had issues since the day I moved in from bugs nesting in the back of the refrigerator to the carpet not being cleaned when I moved in. I've sent notices about issues by certified mail to the complex and management company to no avail. This last month I have been dealing with urine being pour over the balcony above landing on mine. Losers. Should be the show "American Greed". These people are criminals. Do not sign any contract with this company. You will regret it. If you are renting from them, the maintenance team walks in to your house without any notification. They will put false charges on your moveout report. They may just ruin your rental history as well. I'm not sure I bought a house but this company is lawless and unethical

If this is the same Westdale Asset Management that manages the new property I live in Sandy Springs, the management (not the assistant management or the staff), are completely unprofessional and don’t respond to concerns. If they do, they blow it off. I had a concern that I emailed and called about in June of this year and was told by the regional vp that she was going on vacation and would get back with me. If this company owns dont rent it! My air has been broken for 2 days and its over 80 degrees here! We had to go buy fans its still not helping! I currently live in Windsor Landing Apartments, and have for the past 3yrs. Never EVER even late on my rent and very respectful and quiet to my neighbors. The apartment is spacious and somewhat clean (inside) and since i have lived there its always an issue with the water being shut off and the LARGE roaches all over the breezeway entrance and outside stairs. But for the past year, i have seen an increase in filthy grounds and massive number of teenagers who very undisciplined! Loud and out til the wee hours at night and even morning RIGHT IN THE BREEZEWAY which makes it sound like they are right

I am in absolute shock at how incredibly terrible and rude the customer service with this place is. When I say shock, I mean my jaw dropped to the ground. I was trying to get a problem resolved and was speaking kindly and with respect and someone got on the phone and said "Ma'am, do you realize you caused this problem?" He had an attitude and started fighting with me immediately and putting blame on me with something I had zero control over and my intentions for the phone call were not to complain, they were to resolve the issue and find a solution. I rented an "luxury apartment " in Buckhead from Westdale Asset Management dba Waterford Place Apartments. I had problems from day one. The kicker is I lost everything due to leaky pipes and toxic mold growing inside of the walls. The HAVAC System was very old and leaking. I lost all my clothes, shoes, papers, furniture etc. You name it.. I lost it. I walked out with the clothes on my back and I had to discard of them when I arrived at a family's house. Been living at Woodmere Trace complex in Georgia for 4 years and
never ever cost me any extra money like $400 to resign my least. I
pay my rent for May 1st-21st on time, my new least which starts

DONT RENT From Westdale or Deep Ellum Lofts, Adam Hats, Futura, or Murray Lofts. The management is nice until you need them to actually do something and then it's game over.

We Rented a loft at Murray on Commerce. All the units are really old so at first we didn't mind that things didn't quite work right but after a while it was terrible. For example, our bathroom sink leaked, we put in a repair request and it was repaired, except now the hot water and cold water turned in different directions.
