I finally feel like I'm in good, safe hands at B.A. Harris. They track important details that my previous accountant didn't track, and should have. They spend more time on my taxes by taking a more proactive approach. My cost went up a little with the additional, important services (but not too much). This firm is for those who believe that having a good accountant on your side is important and that it's not worth it to cut corners. At a cost of nearly $500 for an individual return, I ended up (mistakenly) thinking I was a victim of identity theft, had my papers filled by mail and spent a TON of time on the phone with the IRS fixing THEIR mistake. Never again will I make the mistake of work with Arla Kester or anyone at B.A. Harris!!!! It was easily the worst experience I've had filing taxes and working with an accountant.
