Jerry is a partner at Olson, Clough & LeBlanc, Ltd., and has over 30 years of experience helping family owned businesses succeed. He enjoys getting to know his clients, their ambitions, values and goals. This knowledge helps him advise and consult with clients daily in their tax, accounting, financial and estate decisions.
Darren J. McAdams is a certified public accountant at Olson, Clough & LeBlanc, Ltd. Darren represents and serves as an advisor to business owners on tax and accounting matters, including new business planning, accounting system selection and implementation, tax preparation, tax reduction strategies, and general financial guidance and oversight.
Michael was born and raised in the Minneapolis area, attending Richfield High School. He graduated from Iowa State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Michael joined Olson, Clough & LeBlanc, Ltd. in 2005. Since then, he has been involved in the firms banking practice, performing agreed upon procedures examinations, bank secrecy act and internal control testing.
Jeff began his career in accounting in 1982, partnering with his father Robert Anderson, LPA, in providing compliance services and financial advice to community banks. In 1985 the family business was sold to Olson, Clough & LeBlanc, Ltd., where the level of service he provides clients has expanded to include assisting closely-held businesses, individuals, estates and trusts in the areas of tax compliance, consulting, planning and audit.
Prior to joining Olson, Clough & LeBlanc, Ltd. Peter was focused exclusively on international tax with a leading middle market public accounting firm in Minneapolis. Dedicating ten tax seasons to the international tax practice area has uniquely positioned him to serve the complex and diverse tax needs associated with transacting cross-border.

I appreciate Olson Clough and Leblanc, LTD. Especially my CPA Manaswita! They together were able to assist me with my 2020 taxes which was a complete nightmare and I would recommend them to anybody! Especially Manaswita, she never allowed me to give up and always stood up for me when I felt like I wasn't being heard or respected by the IRS. Thank you again for going to bat for me in a very stressful situation!

Darren McAdams has been my CPA since I founded Northwest Spine and Pain Center 6 yrs ago.
