The Health Center at Standifer Place (HCSP) is located on a beautiful 44 acre campus near Hamilton Place Mall in scenic Chattanooga, Tennessee. On our property are Skilled Nursing facilities, an Assisted Living Facility, and an Independent Living Facility. We also offer Adult Day Care Services at our Assisted Living facility and Assistive Home Services in the Community.
Residents have convenient access to services on the journey from short-term care to long-term care, all on one campus. Services include : Alzheimer's and memory care in a secured environment, on-site professional medical services, fall and wound prevention programs, therapeutic recreation, and respiratory therapy.

Services
Providing the highest quality medical care for our residents is a commitment we take seriously. Licensed physicians, physician's assistants, and nurse practitioners are available full time to care for our residents. Registered nurses, assisted by LPNs and CNAs, are scheduled 24/7. A respiratory therapist is also onsite 24/7.
Health Insurance is available to all full-time employees. Two plans are available from which employees may choose. Utilizing an in-network physician allows for the highest level of benefits and does not require a referral under the plan. Out-of-network coverage is also available for participants who find it necessary to visit doctors not included in-network.
When planning an admission from a hospital it is important to let the hospital discharge planner know which center you have chosen. This will ensure that your loved one's medical information is sent to HCSP in a timely manner for review by our medical staff. HCSP contracts with most major insurance companies such as Medicare, BlueCross, United Health Care, Humana, AETNA, PHP and many others.
At Standifer Place, the abilities and individual requirements of each resident are assessed prior to admission. The goal is to provide each resident with the assistance necessary to remain safe and healthy while encouraging independence and activity. Residents get personalized care at an affordable price in a safe and secure environment.
Standifer Place offers an all-inclusive Independent Living option on our campus as well as Silverdale Senior Apartments about 1 mile from campus near Silverdale Baptist Church. Independent Living at Standifer Place offers an amazing value in our area. Being very near our Health Center offers the security of qualified health professionals on the same campus to assist you with your healthcare needs.

I came to visit a friend today. Here's iwhat I know about this place and my experience. My friend was in the hospital at Erlanger for a few weeks starting around April 15th. They transferred him here recently.
This is located off of Exit 5 but I learned you can get to it easier using exit number 7. There's a parking lot where you can park at or you can park alongside the road.
There's several buildings on the campus. You can enter thru the main entrances and simply check in verbally at the desk by stating who you are there to see. She will guide you where you need to go by just
