I am a portrait and wedding photographer in Fargo, North Dakota. My love for photography is fueled by finding beautiful light and capturing perfect moments. When my camera batteries are charging, I can be found relaxing outside with a book, chasing around my niece and nephews, or watching Netflix with my husband and cat.

The main reason Tyler and I chose Alecs to photograph our wedding was because her pictures are so timeless. She went way above our expectations. My husband and I absolutely loved to work with Alecs, who took our wedding photos! First, I wasn’t sure whether I should hire a photographer since it was a small courthouse ceremony, but now after the fact, I don’t regret doing it even one bit. We are absolutely in love with how out photos turned out and how Alecs was able to capture what we were filling at the moment. I can’t wait to look back at these photos decades down the road.

Alecs was absolutely amazing to work with! My fiancé and I have never had professional pictures taken of us so we were definitely nervous that we were going to look awkward or uncomfortable but Alecs eased our minds right away. She took the time to get to know us and know our story which made us feel very special. She definitely captures our personalities in all of our photos which I think takes a lot of talent! I would 100% recommend her as a photographer for any big event in your life!

Her prices are also very competitive compared to others in the area. She absolutely went above and beyond, we'd 100% hire her again!

Alecs was amazing to work with! She was so organized and responsive throughout our entire wedding planning process. I loved that we were able to work with her for both our engagement and wedding sessions, and when we had to postpone our original wedding date Alecs was unbelievably accommodating and supportive. On top of all of this her work is excellent and we are so so in love with how our photos turned out!

Alecs was great to work with! We used her for our wedding photographer, but since we do not live in the area, we did not use her for our engagement photos. I was a little nervous about how well wedding photos would go working with someone I hadn't met before, but Alecs did such a great job before hand communicating through email and a video call that I felt very confident that she would be great! And she was! She helped up set a wedding day timeline, which was super helpful! She also helped suggest locations to take the photos at. Alecs was great at posing and instructing us what to do for each

Alecs was so wonderful to work with! She made sure that every detail of our special day was photographed. Alecs made us feel comfortable right away and blended into our wedding party with ease. She made sure that we got a sneak peek of our photographs soon after our wedding, and within a couple short weeks, we had our entire gallery of beautiful photos to look at and order. My husband and I were incredibly impressed with Alecs! She not only displayed heroic flexibility by making herself available for last minute engagement photos two days before the wedding, but she also went above and beyond to accommodate our large families, short time budget, and photo preferences. She took care to capture the beauty of our Catholic Mass, especially the small details we asked for. She worked efficiently and professionally, and the result is an excellent gallery of photos! She didn't take EVERY photo possible, but instead took the time to take the best photo and displayed confidence

I took a chance when I hired a photographer for our wedding in August 2019. My fiance and I lived out of state, and since we weren't able to visit Fargo before the wedding, I had to pick someone based on internet research and phone/email communication only.
