I began my career as a newspaper photographer documenting historic floods and hotdish-making church ladies but spent most of my life as a photographer capturing hundreds of wedding stories over 15 years. And while today I primarily work as a portrait and a commercial photographer, I take my past skills with me to every shoot.

I really appreciated Britta's playful professionalism. Our once in blue moon family photos were STELLAR, and the process of having them taken was actually fun-sometimes family dynamics can be..um...interesting, but Britta is so great at her job it was an enjoyable experience with so many beautiful outcomes. I really appreciate who she is and what she does. I had some technical difficulties (I own them, not always so tech compatible) and she was incredible to work with on that. I let her know and she helped me navigate and solved the problem. She's a star. xo

Britta is wonderful at capturing the personality of anyone she photographs, and can make even the crankiest toddler look happy and adorable in photos! She is always very responsive to messages and will get your photos to you in a very timely fashion, on top of being so fun to visit with during photo shoots. Britta is a wonderful photographer and an amazing human being!

My husband and I just love Britta! She’s perfect at capturing an in the moment smile and making the shoot fun and not feel posed. Her photos are bright, airy and crystal clear. She’s very experienced and knows how to get the perfect candid moments. We had her for our wedding and every year since. I highly recommend her.

Britta is incredibly talented and so so easy to work with! I needed new headshots and wanted to make sure they'd look like me, show off my personality, and be comfortable in the studio. I get a little self-conscious when I'm having photos done and Britta was superb! She sent out a pre-survey so I could tell her what I needed, wanted, was nervous about, etc. When I got the photos back, I couldn't stop smiling! The photos captured me and my personality, had great lighting, and are photos I can't wait to use. If I could rate Britta 6 out of 5 stars, I totally would!
