Beware, this company is not patient/customer centered! If you do not follow their dictated home visit schedule, they will cut you off from any further home services. This was my experience. I was "discharged", denying me two visits I was entitled to, because on one occasion (today) my home was not available and payback was to deny me any further home services. The physical therapist would of come today, but my home was not available. I told them a week in advance, of the two days I could not have home visits.
