Innerjoy Home Health Services is committed to providing the best possible care in a personalized and sensitive manner. Our home health agency is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to accept referrals and provide service for our patients when needed. We have experienced and highly trained registered nurses who take referrals.
Innerjoy Home Health Services offers Specialty Nursing and Infusion Therapy in the client's home. We reduce the need for repetitive travel to and from the care facility. DHCS is working with designated Lead Organizations to identify eligible Medi-Cal beneficiaries who have continuously resided in state-licensed health care facilities for a period of 90 consecutive days or longer. Facility stays for short-term rehabilitation services reimbursed by Medicare are not counted toward the 90-day required period.
