I am really disappointed with how poorly they tied the loose ends up. The deceased was not presented for viewing, in a way that was dignified, and it appears they did not proof read the obituary. Several obvious typos. Have used this organization for prior services. My decision, after this experience, is to seek my repose with another establishment.
