This is the only place I’ll take my Mercedes vehicles. Andy is the greatest mechanic I’ve ever met. I think the work I get done here is better and more thorough than the dealership and at a much better price. I’ve been bringing two vehicles to him for regular maintenance and repairs for over 12 years now. If you own a Mercedes, you simply HAVE to bring it here. You’ll never go anywhere else.

I recently had my ML500 repaired at Cedes. Andy is the man! He listens and he follows through. Most importantly, he's honest. If the repair doesn't take, he'll resolve it asap.
I used to live in Webster. His shop was a few miles away. I moved across town due to my job. Yet, I will go right back to him for honest and reliable work on my Benz.
Andy will pause what he's doing if you stop by. And give you an accurate diagnosis. Often times, he can resolve simple matters right there and then!!
They do ask that you make an appointment to drop off your car. This is a busy shop.

My SLK develop a problem that nobody can fix. My husband took my car in last Friday late in the evening.
Andy dropped what he was doing, he found and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes.

Andy, John, and Serena were all so nice. Very clean office, smelled wonderful!
I drive a BMW and broke down pulling in their parking lot. They only work on Mercedes currently, but plan to expand to BMW. The owner drives a BMW, so he offered to take a look at my car. He kept it a couple of days, was not able to repair anything, and did not charge me a thing. When they do start working on BMW's, if I need repairs, I'll go to him. Really appreciate honest and fair work!
