My wife and I brought in a Toyota Sienna that we were about to buy for a pre-purchase inspection. They were able to squeeze us in, even though it was already the end of the day, and did a phenomenal job on the inspection -- catching some critical items that I wasn't able to see on the lot. Mike gave us a very thorough report, and John did an exceptional job walking me through all the findings. They went the extra mile to make sure I understood everything. I went to get en estimate. The estimate was 67.50. Some places have free estimates, but many charge more. Staff was friendly, and they were able to take me home. I felt the estimate was quite high. The quote for parts alone was twice as high as getting them on line (OEM), although the labor wasn’t too bad. It seems they make their money on parts. It might be inflation, but it was more than twice as much as expected, and I did do my research. They also wanted to add unnecessary services like engine cleaning and power steering fluid flush, although it was a suggestion, not pressure. Overall they

Amazing experience! John had timely service and great communication! They were able to diagnose and fix the reason for my check engine light (Firestone couldn’t even diagnose it correctly) and they sent me pictures of everything that they were working on. They even took my car for the inspection for me. This will be my new go to “car shop”!

I called them to get an estimate on an alternator replacement. The employee who picked up was named Tim. He asked why I thought I needed a replacement and I explained the situation. He told me he didn't think my car needed a replacement unless I get a battery light on my dashboard. He also told me to not rely on the handheld device that was used for my alternator test. He said if I still felt uncomfortable, though, that I'm more than welcome to come into the shop to get a thorough electrical system check, but that even that test is something he wouldn't recommend spending money on.
