Person “David” that I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. When I arrived he was on the phone, so a young lady assisted me. Burnett White was the only place I had called that had the tires I needed that day in stock. Otherwise do to past experience I wouldn’t have gone there. The girl was rather snotty in attitude. Curled her lip up when she asked me a question.

I went to this shop to get my tire checked out and had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They got my car in and out, I was surprised at how fast they got it done! Not to mention they had a kitty there named Nikki that sat in my lap the entire time!! Overall just a great experience, and I will be coming back!!

My son is a student at SU and needed nee tires and oil change. I found the girls Donna and Lee very attentive, accommodating and reasonably priced to take care of my son’s care. My son said they were very nice to him. Highly recommend a nice family owned business to the SU community! We will use them definitely in the future!

This location got me out of a bind when another shop broke the wheel lock on my German car when I had a flat, so driving to DE was not an option. They had the expertise to get the awkward security lock off of my vehicle w/ hardly any difficulty. And, at a phenomenal price compared to the national brands who couldn't even tell me if they had the tools/knowledge to do so, the choice was crystal clear. I highly recommend Burnett-White. One of my tires has low pressure and I went to my regular place on Saturday to be told they could not look at it. I remembered Burnett-White and went straight there. Every employee I encountered was very pleasant and they had me in and out within 30 minutes. Very happy with the service and I will be going back!

The reason I went here is because they are one of the few (and closest) places that have the specialized equipment to replace run-flat tires. I called ahead to reserve time and have the tires ordered, arrived at the scheduled time and was driving out with my new tires in under 30 minutes!!! Wish doctors were that quick and efficient!

I've never written a review before, but this was the worst customer service experience of my life. I took my car in to get tires mounted and wheels aligned. Alignment was performed so badly that the car was very frightening to drive (sliding around like on ice), so I arranged with the owner to return and get it fixed. When I arrived she refused to correct the problem and I was made to feel as if it was somehow my fault. Despite being very unpleasant throughout all my interactions with her, to her credit I was refunded my money.

I visited to redeem a certificate I had won for an oil change. This was my first visit to this store. I could tell the place is professionally run. Both the outside and inside were very clean. Even the floors were clean and buffed. They have a nice customer waiting area complete with big, comfortable chairs and reading material. The staff was professional in appearance and the ones I dealt with seemed knowledgeable.
