Very friendly Personnel and property managers. Very quick to respond. Explained to my son and I that needed approval from Board before we could proceed with a project, which now makes sense since the Board has hired the Property Management Company.

Critical: Quality
Charge premiums, deny service. If your HOA is currently with this company I would advise to ensure you have all of your documents in order for the time when residents start filing suits. Residents going months without work orders and repairs being completed.

Pest & Animal Control is actually the responsibility of the home owner. The only thing the HOA would be responsible for is common areas in the complex. I also had an issue like this in the community we lived in and we learned the hard way that we were responsible to pay for this. It sucks that your HOA didn't at least get back to you so you could take care of it on your own sooner! Hope everything worked out for you guys. The agents who are in this office are great! Don't let the ratings discourage you!!!
